Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States and the United Kingdom.

United States: We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO addresses

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • United States: 3- 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-15 business days

Express Shipping

Need your order sooner? Select Express Shipping at checkout for estimated delivery within 2-3 business days, where available. Shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout and included in your order confirmation email.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

After your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to initiate a claim. We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier before filing a claim.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an undeliverable address, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Packages refused upon delivery are subject to a $12.00 restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for eligible returned orders will be processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear after the return has been processed.

Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders with shipping addresses outside our current shipping destinations cannot be processed. If an order is placed with an address outside our service areas, it will be canceled and refunded.
