Where We Ship

We deliver to the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. 

Shipping Schedule 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit times vary based on your delivery address. For standard shipping, expect your package in 3-8 business days.

Need it sooner? Choose express shipping for a speedy 2-3 business day delivery! Check your order confirmation email for specific details.

Tracking and Responsibility

Once your package leaves our facility, the responsibility for its secure delivery shifts to the shipping company and you, the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, promptly contact the shipping company to initiate a claim.

Returned Packages Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-deliverable status, or refusal to accept it, the customer must cover the shipping costs for resending the package.

Please note refused delivery will incur a $12 restocking fee and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return.
