Received a Damaged Item?
If your item arrives damaged, contact REGALADO®️ customer service via email Regaladocsdept@HausofRegalado.com within 48 hours to initiate a claim. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
