Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Virginia, USA.

How will I receive my tracking information?

Your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging box. Additional photos may be required for verification.


Please note we do not issue refunds for damaged items; however, we will do our best to make it right by replacing the item and sending out a new product once the issue has been confirmed

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or update the shipping address. Orders begin processing immediately to ensure fast fulfillment. Please double check your information before completing checkout. Haus of Regalado is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

What should I do if I receive the wrong order?

If you received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page. Include your
order number and photos of the items received so we can verify the error.

Once confirmed, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and resend the correct order.

My order shows as delivered, but I have not received it.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, as the package may have been misdelivered.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please note: Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, and no refunds will be issued.

What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?

Refused deliveries will incur a $12 restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the return has been received and inspected.
Please note: Refused or unclaimed international orders are not eligible for a refund.
